TERMS OF USE (PUBLIC OFFER) - NADI AI INTERVIEWER

General provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) constitute a public offer of IP LLC Nadi (Republic of
Uzbekistan), reg. No. 312613718 (the “Company”, the “Operator”) and define the conditions
for using the Nadi AI Interviewer service (the “Service”).
1.2. Acceptance of the Terms occurs when the User performs any of the following actions:
registration/login, clicking “Agree”, payment (if applicable), or actual use of the Service.
1.3. If the User does not agree with the Terms and/or the Privacy Policy, the User must
immediately stop using the Service.
1.4. These Terms apply together with the Privacy Policy (Document 2). With respect to the
processing of personal data, the Privacy Policy prevails.Definitions
User - an individual using the Service.
Account - the User’s account.
User Content - any information and materials entered/created/uploaded by the User in the
Service (including answers, notes, files, images, and metadata).
Personal Data - information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
Sensitive/Special Categories - information about health/well-being/psychological state and
other sensitive information, if such information becomes part of the User Content.Purpose of the Service and mandatory disclaimers (mental health and AI)
3.1. The Service provides a digital “AI interviewer” tool for self-reflection and structuring
information: questions, notes, summaries/structuring, analytical prompts and (if available)
visualizations/reports.
3.2. The Service is not a medical service, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, clinical diagnosis,
treatment, emergency service, or a substitute for consulting a licensed specialist.
3.3. The Service is not intended for emergencies. If there is a threat to life/health, risk of
self-harm/violence, the User must contact local emergency services.
3.4. AI responses and conclusions are probabilistic and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or
may misinterpret context.
3.5. Important: AI models can make mistakes. The User understands and accepts the
probabilistic nature of AI processing and uses the results at their own risk.3.6. If the User experiences symptoms of depression, severe anxiety, panic attacks, suicidal
thoughts, or other serious psychological problems, the User must contact a qualified
specialist (psychologist/psychotherapist/psychiatrist) and/or emergency services.
3.7. Help contacts (non-exhaustive list):
● Uzbekistan: “Trust hotline” for women and girls who are victims of violence - 1146
(psychologist/lawyer/doctor assistance may be available).
● Kazakhstan: unified contact center / “trust hotline” - 111 (psychological/advisory
support, including on family matters and protection of children’s rights).
In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
3.8. Independence of recommendations: the AI interviewer does not represent any of the
User’s commercial interests. Responses are generated algorithmically based on the entered
data and Service settings.Age and minors
4.1. The Service is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or older.
4.2. Creating an Account and using the Service by persons under 18 is prohibited.
4.3. If there are grounds to believe that an Account was created by a minor, the Company
may suspend access, request age verification, and/or delete the Account and data in
accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4.4. If the Company detects signs that the Service is being used by a minor or signs of a
crisis condition requiring immediate help, the Company may:
● temporarily restrict access to the Service;
● provide the User with a notice containing help service contacts;
● in cases expressly provided by law, where there is a substantiated threat to life and
health - provide information to competent authorities in the minimum necessary
scope.Registration and authorization methods
5.1. Authorization in the Service is performed:
● via Google (OAuth/Sign-In),
● via Yandex ID,
● via one-time code (OTP).
5.2. The User must keep Account access confidential and notify the Company if compromise
is suspected.Acceptable use rules
6.1. The User is prohibited from:● using the Service for illegal purposes;
● entering/transmitting third parties’ personal data without lawful grounds and required
consents;
● interfering with the operation of the Service or bypassing security measures;
● distributing malicious code/spam or conducting unauthorized data collection;
● using the Service to promote violence, extremism, or self-harm.User Content and User warranties
7.1. The User retains rights to the User Content to the extent such rights arise.
7.2. To provide the Service functionality, the User grants the Company a non-exclusive right
to process the User Content solely for: service provision, security, abuse prevention, and
quality improvement (preferably on anonymized/aggregated data).
7.3. Photos/images of minors: by uploading photos/videos/images of minors and/or
metadata of such materials, the User represents and warrants that the User:
● has the lawful right to own, use, process, and transfer such materials and metadata;
● has all necessary consents of the minors’ legal representatives and other grounds
required by applicable law;
● assumes all risks and liability if these warranties are untrue.
7.4. The Company may delete such materials and/or restrict access if there are reasonable
grounds to believe that the rights of minors or third parties are being violated.Integrations, monitoring, and visualization
8.1. The Company may use integrations with third-party services and tools, including data
visualization tools, as well as monitoring/logging/security services.
8.2. Disclosure to third parties and/or cross-border transfer is governed by the Privacy
Policy.Russian Federation: service limitation and territorial availability
9.1. The Company stores and processes data on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) capacities,
using Neo4j and proprietary developments.
9.2. Guided by the requirements of the Russian Federation legislation applicable to the
processing of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation, the Company cannot and
does not process personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation (including those
residing abroad) and does not provide the Service to citizens of the Russian Federation.
9.3. By using the Service, the User confirms and warrants that the User is not a citizen of the
Russian Federation. For the purposes of this section, a person holding citizenship of the
Russian Federation in addition to another citizenship (dual citizenship) is considered a
citizen of the Russian Federation.9.4. Given that many citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan
reside or temporarily stay in the Russian Federation and use the Service, including to create
a personal/family archive and to transfer family and national heritage, the Company does not
impose territorial restrictions on access to the Service in the Russian Federation for Users
who are not citizens of the Russian Federation but are located in the Russian Federation
(including residence, business trip, travel).
9.5. The User’s presence in the Russian Federation in itself is not grounds to deny access to
the Service, provided the User complies with these Terms and the Privacy Policy, including
confirmation of the status specified in Clause 9.3.
9.6. If the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the User is a citizen of the
Russian Federation, the Company may request additional confirmation, restrict access
and/or block the Account, and initiate data deletion in accordance with the Privacy Policy
(subject to the minimum necessary retention of certain technical logs for security and abuse
prevention).
9.7. The Russian-language version of the Service is provided for citizens of the Republic of
Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, given the widespread use of the Russian
language in those countries.Limitation of liability
10.1. The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
10.2. The Company is not liable for decisions made by the User based on AI responses, nor
for the consequences of the User independently disclosing third parties’ data.Amendments to the Terms
11.1. The Company may update the Terms. The current version is published in the Service
and takes effect as of the date specified in the document.Company contacts

13. Governing law and disputes
13.1. Unless otherwise required by mandatory rules, the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan
applies; disputes are considered by the competent court at the Company’s location after a
reasonable pre-trial request to support@nadi.ink
